These Terms of Use govern your use of blueledgercap.com (the “Site”), operated by Blue Ledger Capital (“Blue Ledger,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Blue Ledger acts as a commercial mortgage broker and capital placement facilitator. We are not a direct lender, and we do not make credit decisions. Lending decisions, rates, terms, and approvals are made solely by third-party lenders or capital providers.

• Information on the Site, including descriptions of loan programs, is general and for informational purposes only. It is not an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of financing, approval, rates, or terms.
• Submitting a loan request or broker sign-up does not create a client, agency, or partnership relationship, and does not obligate you or us to proceed. Any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement.
• Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and the Site does not offer securities. Consult your own advisors before making financial decisions.
• Loan programs and availability vary by lender, property, borrower, and market conditions, and may change without notice.

You agree that information you provide through the Site is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorized to share it, including any information about a property, a borrower, or a client you represent. If you are a broker submitting on behalf of a client, you confirm you have your client’s permission to share their information with us.

You authorize us to use your submission to evaluate your request and, where relevant, to share it with lenders and capital providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you agree that Blue Ledger may contact you about your request by phone, email, or text message at the contact details you provide. Consent is not a condition of any service. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. Message and data rates may apply.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate anyone.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' information.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through automated submissions, scraping, or introducing malicious code.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Blue Ledger or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use in evaluating our services. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Ledger disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Ledger and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Ledger and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, information you submit, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
